The green plus records a purchase you decided not to make. It is separate from actual cash savings, income and expense totals. It does not increase a balance or cancel a posted charge.

Record a purchase as an expense on the card account. A later payment between your accounts is a transfer, not another expense. Fees and interest are separate expenses. PennyZip does not connect to your bank or move money.

Enter the pre-tax subtotal and the sales tax amount separately. Choose the tip percentage and whether its base includes tax. Each split uses exact minor units; any remainder is allocated one unit at a time. The calculator does not send payments or create ledger entries.

No. Recognition runs on device and proposes fields for you to review. A labeled total differs from subtotal, tax, cash tendered and change. Review the amount, date, currency and number. Saving an archive item does not create an entry. This is a personal organizer, not tax filing or reimbursement approval.

Free market quotes from Exchangerate.dev are delayed about 15 minutes. Daily reference and closed-market quotes are labeled. Check quote time and retrieval time. The tool does not execute foreign-exchange transactions.

For one self-employed worker, the 2026 USD tool estimates regular Social Security and Medicare self-employment tax and the SE portion of Additional Medicare Tax. An optional income-tax reserve uses the percentage you choose. It does not calculate a complete federal or state tax bill, deductions, credits, safe-harbor requirements or required installments. Quarterly amounts are planning portions. Review the linked IRS and SSA sources; no SSN, filing or payment is requested.

No. It estimates principal and interest using a fixed entered rate. Taxes, insurance, HOA fees, points, closing costs and variable rates are not included. It is not a lender quote.

Local totals, trends and category statistics remain available. Optional Apple on-device summaries depend on device, system, region and language support and do not modify entries.

Use the same iCloud account on your supported devices and allow iCloud and network access. Check actual sync status. An enabled switch or network connection does not prove a completed sync. Switching accounts isolates the original account's records.

No. They stay on this device. Entries you explicitly create from receipts, and their attachments, follow book settings. The vault relies on its device-specific Keychain key. Deleting the app, changing devices or losing the key may make contents unreadable. The developer cannot recover the key.

Open My → Export entries, choose dates for the current book, then save or share the CSV. Export up to 366 days per file and use separate files for longer periods. The developer does not automatically receive exports.

No purchase is available in the current development version. The planned offer is an Apple subscription with a one-month free trial for eligible users, followed by automatic renewal. A trial will only start after you confirm the actual offer with Apple. Eligibility and subsequent price will be shown before confirmation. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; use Apple's subscription management.

Not currently. Whole-book invitations may include older records. Date-filtered household sharing is not available. Check the specific book and its members before sharing.
