The service and your records

PennyZip is a personal bookkeeping, budgeting, account and receipt organizer. You retain rights to your records and files. Only input, import or share information you are entitled to use. Review amounts, currencies, dates and recognized fields before saving.

Not every planned feature is available. Date-filtered household sharing is not currently supported. iCloud, sharing, recognition and AI depend on supported systems, accounts and actual results. Connectivity alone is not confirmation of completion.

Subscriptions and free trials

Subscription purchases are not available in the current development version. Discussing a business model or viewing membership information does not create a payment obligation.

The planned model is an Apple subscription with a one-month introductory free trial for eligible users, then automatic renewal at the price and period shown before purchase. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple for the subscription group. Users who are not eligible must be shown the actual charge before confirmation. No trial begins without your Apple purchase confirmation.

Before any future sale, the actual product name, benefits, duration, renewal price, trial conditions, privacy and terms will be available in the purchase flow. Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel renewal. The entitlement end date and applicable refund process follow the actual Apple transaction. Viewing and exporting existing records will not require paying to retrieve your own data.

Estimates and record sharing

The 2026 self-employment tax planner covers ordinary rules for one worker and user-chosen reserves. It does not prepare a return, determine tax liability or required estimated installments, compute state tax, establish a safe harbor or file/pay taxes. The displayed tax year, assumptions and official sources matter. Review the IRS worksheet or consult a qualified tax professional for your complete situation.

Mortgage calculations estimate principal and interest using your entered fixed rate. They exclude taxes, insurance, escrow, HOA fees, points, closing costs, penalties and variable-rate changes. Currency quotes have labeled sources and times and may be delayed or unavailable. Neither tool is a lender quote, investment recommendation or automatic transaction.

Receipt recognition is not authenticity verification, tax preparation or reimbursement approval. An entry receipt is a snapshot, not proof of payment. Tip and bill-splitting results do not move funds or automatically create entries. Check recipients and contents before sharing or exporting financial information. Deleting a local record cannot recall another person's copy.

Security and availability

Some features require permissions, supported software or an Apple account. Keep passcodes, verification information and vault keys private; support will not ask for them. Software and network services may have interruptions or errors. Review original documents when making important decisions. These terms do not transfer ownership of your data or waive statutory consumer rights.

Contact support@prismsai.org. The operator is the developer identified on the App Store product page. Relevant feature or policy changes will be reflected in the public documentation. Purchases, invitations and other choices needing separate consent still require your action.
